definitely not recommend this hotel for organizing your events. nothing but good location. probably the owner doesn’t understand the importance of someone’s big day. they had 3 or 4 waiters for 90(!!!) people on the wedding! the administrator of the wedding Guilia kept saying that she is not responsible for any issues that had been appeared. in the middle of the day the rain had started and because of the staff shortage the guests from the wedding should move the tables and chairs by themselves under the rain. for the staff it’s another work day but for the married couple it’s pretty stressful and exciting day. so instead of being a professional the administrator guilia was mean and rude and of course “not responsible for anything” again. probably the staff decided that they deserve good tips and manage to get it by themselves because 2 envelopes with money from the gift box for the couple magically disappeared. if you are considering this hotel as a place for the special occasion, think twice. or think once and choose another hotel. and the beach beds there are not comfortable.

My experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. The wedding planner, Giulia, failed in every aspect. Initially, she was friendly and nice, but in the end, she became extremely rude, and that's putting it mildly. The hotel provides extremely poor service and falls far short of being a luxury hotel as advertised. I have visited many hotels on every continent, but none has been as bad as this one. Here are a few things that went wrong: The service at the hotel and on our wedding day was catastrophic. Expired drinks were served, some of which were nearly 2 years past their expiration date, and yet we were charged 8 euros for a beer, for example. The staff was so overwhelmed that guests were insulted because apparently no one could handle the situation. Even the chef insulted my wife in Italian—what a disgrace. The food was absolutely abysmal, and i can’t understand how this restaurant made it into the Michelin Guide. The list of issues is much longer. The worst part was that Giulia, the so-called event manager, clearly had no idea what she was doing. It was a total failure and extremely embarrassing in front of all our guests. She planned for only 3 staff members for more than 80 guests. Everything was late, cold, and of poor quality. After the event, she simply disappeared and blocked us. This is the most outrageous hotel I have ever been to. I strongly advise against staying here or having a wedding celebration. We were offered a 5-star hotel with corresponding service, which we paid for accordingly. We had booked the entire hotel for several days. However, what we received was a nightmare and a major disappointment. Over 80 guests attended the wedding, and most of them stayed at the hotel. All the guests share the same opinion. This is a disgrace for the hotel and tarnishes the image of Italian hotels abroad. I warn everyone against this hotel!

Splendid experience overall, fabulous hotel, very comfortable room, fine restaurant, beautiful gardens and surrounding parkland, convenience of nice swimming pool with seaview and very capable & cordial to ensure an enjoyable stay!

Considerato lo standing, la classificazione della struttura e le tariffe applicate non ci saremmo mai aspettati che durante il ns soggiorno il 19 settembre un' interruzione della corrente dalle 8,55 alle 16,25 - per cause ritegno non imputabili all' albergo e non preavvisato in occasione del NS arrivo il giorno precedente - potesse crearci tanti disagi. La mancanza di un gruppo elettrogeno -ipotizzabile visto lo standing della struttura -ci ha impedito di accedere ai bagni ciechi della camera per tutta la lunga durata dell' interruzione di corrente ,non abbiamo potuto né caricare i cellulari ne vedere la tv ne usufruire del wifi , ne della sala fitness ,della spa della piscina senza ricircolo acqua e Jacuzzi. Inoltre avendo scelto in maniera improvvida l' onerosa formula mezza pensione basandoci su precedenti favorevoli recensioni - la sera stessa del 19/9 non ci è stata offerta alcuna alternativa ad un secondo di agnello , con mia moglie che non lo gradisce e lo ha lasciato e un' altra commensale di un' amica che addirittura ha rinunciato al secondo per mancanza di una seppur minimo scelta! Segnalato alla direzione al ns rientro la ns cortesi rimostranze a mezzo mail non hanno neanche ritenuto inviare un riscontro giustificativo del trattamento ricevuto!

Villa molto bella e ben localizzata. Molto confort a disposizione. Ci siamo recate l’anno scorso con uno smartbox ed abbiamo integrato aggiungendo una notte. Cena molto buona. Il boschetto un pochino abbandonato e forse da curare (visto che si tratta di un hotel a 5 ⭐️), ma potrebbe essere che nell’ultimo anno vi abbiano provveduto

Per la seconda volta in sei mesi siamo tornati in questa meraviglia ( cofanetto BOSCOLO TOUR). Tutto si riconferma al top : dall’accoglienza al panorama, camera, servizi, cucina e sala , piscina, parco con alberi secolari e spazi comuni. La colazione è servita nell’ampia terrazza , l’atmosfera è rilassante e siamo stati coccolati con tante piccole attenzioni. Anche la vendita di olio e vino di produzione propria con packaging adatto a regali e’ stata molto apprezzata. Nonostante la distanza penso che torneremo sempre volentieri: nelle Marche solo due 5 stelle.

Hotel molto bello con una posizione splendida circondato da un bosco intorno molto bello. Personale competente e gentile. Camere belle e spaziose. Chef molto bravo con piatti eccezionali. Piscina esterna carina. Prezzi nella norma per il tipo di hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa villa in posizione collinare a poca distanza dal mare. Avvolta in un bosco curato e magnifico, dispone di un giardino immenso con tavoli e ombrelloni e una piscina da sogno. Curatissima tutta la struttura dotata di camere arredate senza badare a spese (basta vedere le foto allegate per rendersi conto di cosa parlo). All'interno tutto è perfetto, dall'androne di ingresso, ai corridoi, l'ascensore e ovviamente la camera dove abbiamo dormito con vista sul bosco. Sala ristorante e sala per la colazione sono esemplari. Abbiamo optato per il pernottamento e prima colazione, ricca e completa di tutto quello che si desidera, Il personale è decisamente e indubbiamente di livello, professionale, educato e disponibile. Chiaramente il prezzo per una notte è altissimo, ma senza dubbio con quello che offre non può che essere così.

In occasione di una importante ricorrenza, abbiamo scelto di festeggiare con un viaggio nelle bellissime Marche e di alloggiare a Villa Lattanzi, nella zona di Fermo. La Villa è molto curata, è immersa in un bellissimo bosco con vista sul mare e le stanze sono molto pulite. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera nel ristorante interno ed è stata una esperienza gastronomica molto piacevole. Quello che però ci ha positivamente colpito, più di ogni altra cosa, è stata la cordialità del personale che ci ha accolto e "coccolato" dal primo incontro fino alla nostra partenza. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente.
